Cookeo Chili. Transfer beef to a slow cooker and mix in onion, celery, bell pepper, garlic, tomato puree, kidney beans, and cannellini beans. Return the open pressure cooker to the burner over medium heat, pour in the olive oil, and stir in the onion, green pepper, and jalapeno pepper.
Since all the ingredients are already cooked, you only need to heat everything through and allow the flavors time to meld together. Ajoutez le chili, le cumin, le concentré de tomates, les haricots et le bouillon. If desired, top individual servings with cheese and green onions.
Add liquids and seasonings: Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, paprika, cocoa powder, sugar, coriander and season mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the beef, season with the salt, and use a stiff spatula or wooden spoon to break the meat up into large pieces.
Pour browned beef into slow cooker. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Transfer ground beef to a slow cooker.
