Cheesecake Abricot. Make the crust: Stir together graham-cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and salt in a medium bowl. Combine almond flour, brown sugar, and almonds in a bowl.
Add the eggs, lemon juice and vanilla; beat well. Add the egg to the mixture, then pulse until just combined and the dough forms into a ball. In a small saucepan, combine preserves, water, amaretto and lemon juice.
Add the eggs one at a time scraping around the edges of the mixer as needed to assimilate the mixture.
Take the pan out of the oven, add the apricots.
Dans un bol faites fondre le beurre, puis mélangez-le avec les biscuits. Garnish with apricot rose, if desired. Top it with the cream cheese mixture and then the remaining crumble mixture.
